Guidelines and costs for backfilling data in Airspee

Our Backfilling Charges
Backfilling charges are calculated based on the type of backfill required:
Custom Insights | per call | First 300 free, then $0.25 per 10 insights per call |
Coaching Scorecard | per call | First 300 free, then $0.25 per call |
Bulk Call Upload | per call | First 100 call processings (inc. ML Migrations) for free, then 1 USD per call |
For call processing we require access to the call recordings in order to upload them to our system. For some providers, we offer the option to complete this step for you via an API connection. Please contact support@goairspeed.com who will be able to provide further detail on the format required.
If we require data in a CSV format you can use the following template:

.mp3, .m4a, .wav, .aac
Transcript-Only Calls
In some cases, we can accept and process transcript-only calls. To do so effectively, speaker attribution is also required. If you need this service or are unsure whether your transcript meets the requirements, please contact support@goairspeed.com for assistance.
Our Custom analysis charges
As long as custom insights have been created by the customer we can backfill and generate a csv for calls at a cost of $0.25 per 10 insights per call
